TOM CORRIGAN

 

Tom has been in the Personal Training industry for over 15 years and has been running his own business for the past 6, training a variety of clients all with different backgrounds and goals. Tom has always had a passion for keeping a healthy and balanced lifestyle and enjoys sharing these learnings with his clients.

He firmly believes that a productive and friendly relationship between trainer and client is paramount to a successful training program.

 

The main vision of Tom's PT business is to help each and every client achieve their desired goals, whilst creating a motivating, friendly and comfortable environment catering for all fitness levels

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

1:1 training sessions customised to focus on an individual's needs based on their goals and fitness levels. Sessions are either 45minutes or an hour in duration and can be held either in a local park/beachside area, or in the comfort of your own home. â€‹

GROUP TRAINING

 

Ideal for group sizes of 2-10 people who enjoy working out with others rather than on their own! A group environment can sometimes aid your fitness goals by motivating you to keep accountable with your team. Suited to a variety of fitness levels, these sessions are either 45mins or an hour in duration and can be held in either a local park/beachside area.

CORPORATE TRAINING

 

Ideal for large or small corporate groups who are either embarking on a common fitness goal (i.e. fun runs, group sport, health & wellbeing goals), who want to focus on team building or for those who just want to sneak some exercise in before/during and after work! Suited to a variety of fitness levels, these sessions are either 30mins or 45mins in duration and can be held in either a local park/office grounds (outdoor).
